Northsyde AB (org.nr 559064-9090), Stockholm, Sweden. "We" / "us" = Northsyde. "You" = the person using northsyde.io or StatLabs. You must be at least 18 to use StatLabs.

StatLabs Pro is €5.99/month or €53.99/year, sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions are auto-renewable: they renew automatically through your App Store or Google Play account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Pick'em is free, no subscription needed.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, and for Google Play by Google, under their policies. Email support@northsyde.ioand we'll help where we can.

StatLabs Pick'em is a free-to-play prediction game with points and leaderboards. No real money, no prizes, no entry fees, no payouts. It is not gambling. Void where prohibited by local law. You're responsible for compliance with your jurisdiction's rules.

Match data, stats, team and player information comes from third-party providers (currently API-Sports for soccer). Northsyde is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, federation, team, or organization.Team names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and used only to identify them. We try to keep data accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee it. Don't use it for high-stakes decisions.

• Don't scrape, redistribute, or resell our data.
• Don't use the product to build a competing service.
• One account per person. Sharing logins isn't allowed.
• Don't try to break our systems or harass other users.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these rules. We'll usually warn you first.

We try hard to keep the product working and the data right, but it's provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.

See our Privacy Policyfor how we handle personal data. You own your content (pick'em picks, custom leagues etc.). We can use anonymized aggregate stats to improve the product.

If we change these terms in a way that affects your rights, we'll email you. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.

Swedish law. Disputes go to Stockholm tingsrätt unless EU consumer-protection rules give you a better option.
