30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you upgrade and change your mind within 30 days, email support@northsyde.io for a full refund. No forms, no friction. After 30 days, future billing stops when you cancel — we don't pro-rate the current period.

Match data, stats, team and player information comes from third-party providers (currently API-Sports for soccer, BallDontLie for NHL). Northsyde is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, federation, team, or organization.Team names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and used only to identify them. We try to keep data accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee it. Don't use it for high-stakes decisions.

• Don't scrape, redistribute, or resell our data.
• Don't use the product to build a competing service.
• One account per person. Sharing logins isn't allowed.
• Don't try to break our systems or harass other users.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these rules. We'll usually warn you first.

We try hard to keep the product working and the data right, but it's provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data. You own your content (pick'em picks, custom leagues etc.). We can use anonymized aggregate stats to improve the product.

If we change these terms in a way that affects your rights, we'll email you. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.

Swedish law. Disputes go to Stockholm tingsrätt unless EU consumer-protection rules give you a better option.
