Privacy Policy

Northsyde AB (org.nr 559064-9090). Trädgårdsvägen 15, 194 46 Upplands Väsby, Sweden. We're the data controller for everything on northsyde.io and the StatLabs product.

• Email address if you join the waitlist or sign up for StatLabs.
• Account info if you create a StatLabs account (display name, app usage, pick'em history).
• Subscription status when you buy StatLabs Pro. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so we never see your card details.
• Sign-in details: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email and basic profile. Sign in with Apple lets you hide your email, in which case we only store Apple's private relay address.
• Push tokens, if you turn on match notifications, so we can send them.
• Crash diagnostics: if the app crashes, we receive a crash report and basic device state so we can fix it.
• Privacy-friendly analytics: page views and basic device info. Pseudonymous, no fingerprinting, no ad-tech.

• Sell your data to anyone. Ever.
• Run ads on the site or in the app. No third-party ad networks.
• Push you toward sportsbooks or gambling products.
• Track you across other sites with cookies or pixels.

We use a handful of trusted services to run the product. Each one processes some of your data under a Data Processing Agreement:

• Firebase (Google Cloud): auth, account data, analytics, crash reporting, push.
• Render: backend hosting
• Apple App Store and Google Play: subscription billing.
• Resend: transactional + waitlist email
• API-Sports: sports data feeds (no PII shared)

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep it secure and working and to fix crashes (legitimate interest), and with your consent where required (for example, push notifications).

Account data: until you delete your account. Crash and diagnostic logs: about 90 days. Aggregated analytics: kept indefinitely, with no personal data.

Some of our providers (Firebase/Google, Resend) process data outside the EEA, including the US. These transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can ask us at any time to: see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you've given. Email support@northsyde.io. We'll respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Sweden, that's IMY.

StatLabs is for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

You can delete your account in the app (Settings, then Account, then Delete account), or email support@northsyde.io.

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no marketing cookies. See our cookies page for the short list.

We'll update this page when we materially change how we handle data. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. We won't make sneaky retroactive changes. If something meaningful shifts, we'll email you.
