Account

Sign in: Email and password, Google, or Apple on devices that support it. Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen.
Change username: Pick'Ems tab → ⚙ → Account → Change username. You can change it once, then it locks to keep the leaderboards stable.
Hide my profile: Pick'Ems tab → ⚙ → Hide my profile. You disappear from the leaderboards.
Delete account: Pick'Ems tab → ⚙ → Account → Delete account. Your account, favourites and Pick'Ems history are deleted permanently, after two confirmations. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that in your store first.

Free trial: Monthly and Annual start with 7 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Founding: One payment for 18 months of Pro. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Cancel a subscription: Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, so you cancel in the store, not in the app.
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → StatLabs.
Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → StatLabs.
Restore purchases: Open GO PRO in the app and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same store account you bought with.
Refunds: Apple and Google handle all payments, so refunds go through them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.

What it is: A free prediction game. No real money. Build a ticket of 2 to 12 picks and submit it before kickoff. The ticket locks at its first kickoff.
Tickets: Up to 3 active tickets at a time. A match can sit in only one of your active tickets. Group tickets count separately.
Points: Each correct pick earns points based on its odds. Get every pick right and the ticket earns a bonus.
Postponed matches: A postponed or cancelled match voids the pick. If fewer than 2 picks remain, the whole ticket is void.
Leaderboards: Run by week, month, year and all-time.

Invite friends: Pick'Ems tab → ⚙ → Invite friends. Give a friend 7 days of Pro, and you get 7 back when they redeem your code.
Creator code: Enter it under “Have a creator code?” on GO PRO.
Notifications: Pick'Ems tab → ⚙ → Notifications. Ticket results, plus big football and NHL nights. You can turn each one off.
